These terms govern every purchase made on this website. By clicking “Pay” at checkout you accept them.
I. Who you are buying from
The seller and merchant of record for purchases on this website is Wilburn Group LLC, 731 SE Alices Rd # 5871, Waukee, IA 50263 (the “Seller”, “we”). The Seller is an authorised reseller of Masculine Body Language, a digital product created and owned by TARGET REACH Rafał Bielak (the “Author”). Your contract is with the Seller; the Author retains all intellectual-property rights in the content.

II. What you are buying
The product is digital content: the e-book Masculine Body Language (PDF) together with two bonus PDFs (“Speak Like a Man” and “25 Methods to Boost Testosterone”). No physical goods are shipped. The content is for general education and personal development; it is not medical, psychological or professional advice.
III. Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout in USD and is a one-time payment of $9.99. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, no renewal and no further charge of any kind. Any applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.
Payment is taken by card through our payment processor. Card details are entered directly into the processor’s secure form and never touch our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).
The charge appears on your card statement as Wilburn Creations. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank — we will resolve it the same day.
IV. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. After payment you are taken to a page with download links, and the same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Links remain valid for 30 days; if a link expires, reply to your order email and we will send fresh ones at no charge. Please save the files — they are yours to keep.
If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email support@mensbodytalk.com with your order reference.
V. Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, you acknowledge that by completing checkout you request immediate delivery of the content and, once the download has been made available, you may lose that statutory right. This does not affect the voluntary guarantee below, which is broader.
VI. 60-day money-back guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied, email refunds@mensbodytalk.com within 60 days of purchase with your order reference and the words “refund please”. No reason is required and none will be asked for. We issue the full amount back to the original payment method within 24 hours of the request; your bank may take a few business days to show it. Refunded orders lose access to the files.
This guarantee is offered by the Seller in addition to any statutory rights, which it does not limit.
VII. Licence and acceptable use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read and use the content for your own purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, upload or otherwise distribute the files or any part of them. Download links are tied to your order and rate-limited; abuse may result in access being withdrawn without refund.
VIII. Liability
We deliver the product as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

X. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
