Privacy Policy & Use of Cookies
This page explains what data this website collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
I. Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Wilburn Group LLC, 731 SE Alices Rd # 5871, Waukee, IA 50263 (“we”). We sell Masculine Body Language as an authorised reseller for its author, TARGET REACH Rafał Bielak. Questions about your data: support@mensbodytalk.com.
II. What we collect and why
When you buy
Your email address, country, billing address and postcode, the amount paid, an order reference, the date, and technical data about the request (IP address, browser). We use this to deliver your files, to send the order email, to answer support and refund requests, to detect fraud, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.
We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered into a secure form served by our payment processor and go directly to them.
When you start but do not finish a purchase
If you enter an email address at checkout and do not complete payment, we keep it with the pending order so that we can help if you contact us about it. Pending orders are deleted after 30 days.
When you email us
Your address and the content of the message, kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to evidence what was agreed.
Website use
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
III. Who we share it with
- Paysight (Paysight Ltd): payment orchestration and card processing on our behalf, including 3-D Secure;
- the acquiring bank and payment gateway behind Paysight, which authorise and settle the card payment and handle any dispute;
- Hostinger International Ltd.: web hosting and transactional email delivery;
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram): only when the advertising pixel is enabled on this site, for advertising measurement; the data sent is hashed where Meta’s tools allow it;
- accountants, legal advisers and IT providers where needed to run the business.
We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers are located in the United States; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
IV. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 5–7 years). Download logs are kept for 12 months for anti-piracy purposes. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years. Pending, unpaid orders are deleted after 30 days.
V. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, email support@mensbodytalk.com; we respond within 30 days. We may need to keep certain order data even after a deletion request where the law requires it.
Cookie Policy
This website uses the following cookies:
- Necessary: a session cookie that keeps your checkout tied to your order, and an order cookie that lets the thank-you page show your downloads. These cannot be switched off and hold no tracking data.
- Marketing (only if the advertising pixel is enabled): Meta’s
_fbp/_fbccookies, used to measure which advertisement led to a purchase.
We do not use analytics cookies on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the necessary cookies will prevent checkout from completing.
